以刑法课程教学为视角探索高职法学教育中案例教学法的运用

摘要

美国哈佛大学为增强学生学习兴趣、分析能力而兴起的案例教学法，于20世纪70年代传入国内，之后被迅速的推广应用。高职法学教育的课程内容抽象、法律基础知识繁荣复杂以及其教学目标的特殊性，因而比较适合运用案例教学法与其他教学法相结合的方式来进行教授。本文接下来将要以刑法课程教学为视角探索高职法学教育中案例教学法的运用。%In order to enhance students'learning interest and analysis ability,the case teaching method was introduced into Chi-na in 1970s,which was introduced into China.Higher vocational law education course is with the content of the abstract,com-plexity in prosperity and basic knowledge of law and the teaching goal of the special,which is suitable for using case teaching method and other teaching method.This paper gives visual exploration on the criminal course using of case teaching method in Higher Vocational education.
