公民宪法意识客观地反映了宪法的实施状况,是宪法变迁的一个维度.公民宪法意识研究是评价宪法实施的重要方法和途径.纵向研究有助于分析评估不同因素在宪法意识形塑中的作用,并为推动宪法实施寻求合适的出路.同时有助于对近年来的宪法宣传教育成效进行评估,进而对宪法实施状况进行科学的评价和研究.%The citizen's constitutional consciousness objectively reflects the implementation of the constitution,and is a dimension of the constitutional change. The study of citizen's constitutional consciousness is an important method and way to evaluate the implementation of constitution.
