“四机制工作法”在大学生弱势群体中的运用研究

     

摘要

Students from disadvantaged groups in the college is a social phenomenon that exists objectively.It creates some crisis which is against harmony establishment of higher educational institutions.The paper centers on the review of student disadvantaged groups and puts forwards "Four-mechanism Method".The method is applied in the education and guidance of student disadvantaged groups,so as to take practical measures in promoting the growth and nurturing of college student disadvantaged groups and further foster harmonious campus building.%大学生弱势群体在高校是一种客观存在的社会现象,潜伏着种种危机,是高校和谐校园构建面临的重大课题。本文在大学生弱势群体综述的基础上,提出了"四机制工作法",并将其运用到大学生弱势群体的教育引导中,探讨了"四机制工作法"在运用过程中应把握的原则,使其在促进大学生弱势群体成长成才和全面推进和谐校园构建方面具有现实意义。
