构建充满人文关怀的校园文化--新建高职院校人文素质教育模式探究

摘要

The humanistic quality education is the essence of higher vocational education. However, because of the understanding discrepancy, the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges has been generally ignored, which hinder the overall development of vocational students. We believe that the higher vocational colleges should implement the humanistic quality education, and reverse the tendency for instant success in school;attaching importance to campus culture in the humanistic quality education, so as to construct campus culture with humanistic care and improve the humanistic quality education achievement.%人文素质教育是高职教育之根之魂。但由于人们在认识上的种种偏差，当前高职院校人文素质教育普遍被忽视，并阻碍着高职学生的全面发展。高职院校应当落实人文素质教育，扭转办学中急功近利的倾向，重视校园文化在人文素质教育的作用，构建充满人文关怀的校园文化，提高人文素质教育的成效。
