高职院校贫困生资助工作绩效评估体系的构建研究

摘要

The performance evaluation system of financial aid for poor students is an important conG tent of carrying out financial aid policy.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of financial aid for poor students can effectively promote the reform and improve its performance.Combined with the practical work of financial aid and referred to the theory of performance management,the performance evaluaG tion system of financial aid for needy students has been constructed to evaluate the practical work of fiG nancial aid for needy students and provide support for its optimization.%贫困生资助绩效评价是资助政策施行的重要内容，只有对贫困生资助工作进行科学合理的评估，才能更有效推动贫困生资助工作改革，提高贫困生资助工作绩效。结合资助工作实际，借鉴绩效管理理论，采用主观指标和客观指标结合，构建贫困生资助工作绩效评估指标体系，以期评估贫困生资助工作实况，为优化贫困生资助工作提供支持。
