论食品伦理的基本原则

             

摘要

食品作为人类最基本的生存资料,从生产、分配、流通到消费过程中,处处充斥着伦理道德的价值诉求。以人的绝对价值为起点,可以得出生命价值原则作为食品伦理的基本前提。通过食品之于生命的消极价值和积极价值,从而得出无害和健康分别作为食品伦理的消极原则和积极原则。而随着食品伦理基本原则的扩展,以及关注对象由单个个体向社会与人类整体的扩展,公正原则必然成为食品伦理的扩展原则。因此,这四个原则共同构成了食品伦理的基本原则体系,同时也是食品伦理的基本评价标准。%Food is the most basic human survival data,whose code of ethics exists in the process of its production,distribution,circulation and consumption.From the absolute value of people,the principle of life value can be obtained as the basic precondition of food ethics.As the negative principle of food ethics,non-maleficence and heath is the negative and positive principle respectively.Through the expanding of the basic principles and the perpetual object of food ethics,justice becomes the expanded principle of food ethics. Therefore,these four principles constitute the basic principles of food ethics system,at the same time,they are also the basic evaluation standards of food ethics.
