Integrity, i.e, being honest and trustworthy, is a universal and basic code of ethics for dealing with the relationship between individuals and society, and individuals and others as well. Integrity has been considered as one of the traditional Chinese virtues. However, due to the impact of social environment and the low efficiency of school and family integrity education, there exists a lack of integrity among some students especially in the course of seeking employment, which arouses public concern. This article analyzes how to strengthen integrity education in the process of employment and reconstruct the credit system of college students to create a favorable market environment for college students" employment.%诚信即诚实守信，是一个具有普遍性的道德规范，是处理个人与社会、个人与他人之间相互关系的基础性道德规范。诚实守信曾被视为我们中华民族的传统美德。然而，由于社会大环境的影响，学校及家庭诚信教育的低效，当前部分学生诚信缺失，特别是大学生在就业过程中的失信现象引起了社会的关注，就如何加强毕业生就业过程中的诚信教育，重构高校学生的诚信体系，为大学生就业营造良好的市场环境做一分析。
