黄冈职院章程研制报告

摘要

The drafting of Huanggang Polytechnic College Constitution is legal and reasonable. According to laws and regulations, domestic and foreign university experience, especially the school specific circumstances, it has made concrete and clear regulations on the school running objectives, the relationship between the host and the school, school management system and decision-making mechanism, school autonomy and other major issues. And to some extent, it reflects the school characteristics, and has made some innovative institutional arrangements. The school Party committee and the constitution of the drafting group properly deal with all the opinions and suggestions on relevant aspects of the draft.%《黄冈职业技术学院章程》的起草制定程序合法、内容合理。《章程》草案依据法律法规、国内外高校经验，尤其是学校具体情况起草，对学校办学目标、举办者与学校的关系、学校管理体制与决策机制、学校办学自主权等重大问题作出了明确规定，并在一定程度上体现了学校特色、作出了一些创新的制度安排。学校党委和章程起草小组妥善处理了各有关方面在对《章程》草案提出的意见和建议。
