个性化教育是大学生创新创业能力培养的根本途径，探究个性化教育的基本内涵及其与大学生创新创业人才培养的关系，提出改变传统教育观念，在商务英语专业设置“潜能导师制”，创新商务英语课程体系，实行专业课程的自由选择与组合，实施英语口语流程性动态教学，注重个性化与多元化的融合与体验，营造有利于学生个性化教育的环境和氛围，切实培养学生的创新创业能力。%Personalized education is a basic way to develop the innovative ability of college students. This paper explored the basic connotation and the relationship between personalized education and the cultivation of students’ innovative and entrepreneurial abilities, advocated to change the traditional education idea, set the“potential tutor system” in Business English specialty, innova-ted Business English curriculum system, implemented the freed choice and combination of professional courses, carried out process of oral English dynamic teaching, paid attention to the individuation and diversification of the fusion and experience, created a good environment and atmosphere for the students’ personalized education, in order to cultivate students’ innovation&entrepreneurship ability.
