高等学校的信息化管理是现行高校教育教学发展的内在动力，但目前高校信息化管理的效能低下，普遍存在数字信息资源各自享用、缺乏集成设计等问题。必须树立高校信息化管理是学校综合管理水平体现的观念，整合校内部门间的数字资源，进而提高数据的传输速度和系统的质量。%College Informatization management is the internal motivation of development of the current higher education and teaching .But at present , there exists the following problems: the efficiency of informatization management is lower , digital informatization resource is respectively and individually used , and integrated de-sign is in shortage .The concept must be established that informatization management in colleges and universities reflects the comprehensive management standards , and the digital resources in each department should be inte-grated to speed up the data transmission and further the system quality .
