浅析高职学院学生干部培养存在的问题及对策

摘要

Students work of higher vocational colleges needs not only the teacher's efforts,but also the cooperation of student cadres,and student cadres play an important role on students work.This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems of cultivating the student cadres in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the corresponding solving methods,which can give some reference for teachers to constantly improve the quality of students work in higher vocational colleges.%高职学院当中学生工作的开展不仅需要老师的努力，而且还需要学生干部的配合，学生干部在学生工作开展当中具有重要价值；主要对高职学院当中学生干部培养过程中存在的问题进行了分析，并对相应的解决方法进行了讨论，以期能够给高职教师一些参考，不断提升高职学院学生工作质量。
