民族地区学前教育专业人才培养方案探微--以内蒙古呼伦贝尔学院为例

人才培养方案关系着人才培养的规格和质量，培养什么样的人，怎么样培养人成为每所学校、每个专业共同探讨的话题。在就业压力日益增大的社会背景下，针对少数民族地区学前教育专业的特殊性，其人才培养方案应重新解读，特别是应根据现有人才培养方案存在的问题，找到解决的根本策略，以期达到社会对学前教育人才的需求。%Since talent traini ng program decides the specifications and quality of talent training, what kind of talents, and how to train students have become the same topics among all colleges and majors. With the increasing employment pressure, the talent training program for preschool education in minority regions ought to be reinterpreted because of particularity of this major.
