随着互联网技术的日新月异, 云计算、大数据等名词相继涌现, 无一不威胁着企业的核心商业秘密.聚焦美国晚近判例法和学理, 在探究不可避免披露原则基本原理的基础上, 剖析了该原则在涉网商业秘密判例中的新发展.%With the rapid development of internet technology, cloud computing, big data and other nouns appear one after another.This new development is a threat to the core business secrets of companies.This paper focuses on the recent cases and theories of American trade secret and explores the basic fundamental of the inevitable disclosure, and analyzes the new development of the principle in the case of the internet trade secrets.
