高校教辅人员工作现状及职业素质提升路径研究

摘要

高校教辅人员普遍存在工作任务繁琐复杂、精神压力过大、人员流动频繁的现状。加强高校教辅人员的专业化和职业化建设是改变教辅人员工作现状的重要路径，为此，应通过提升思想境界、准确定位角色；增强竞争意识、完善职业规划；健全科研机制，挖掘科研能力等方面来提升高校教辅人员的职业素质。%The auxiliary staff plays an increasingly important role in universities , yet surveys show that the difficult task and heavy responsibility resulted in their great mental stress and frequent flow of persons . Strengthening the construction of specialization and professionalization of auxiliary staff in the University is the important way to change the status of auxiliary staff . For this purpose , it should be done by promoting the ideological awareness , increasing competition , improving career planning ;perfecting scientific research mechanism , developing research capacity to enhance the auxiliary staff's professional quality in universities .
