再论佛教对中国法治的借鉴意义

摘要

Buddhism as a part of Chinese traditional culture treasure that can not be ignored , contains the wisdom , Buddhism had influenced to the political and legal directly or indirectly . The sacred religious discipline , the thought of compassion and monk system secularization has many similarities with today's legal construction , has important reference significance to the construction of socialist rule of law .%佛教作为中国传统文化宝库中不可忽视的一个组成部分，蕴含着智慧的结晶，在历史上佛教就曾多次直接或间接地对政治法律产生过重要的影响。佛教戒律的神圣性、慈悲思想和僧制世俗化问题都与当今的法治建设有着诸多的相似之处，对社会主义法治建设有着重要的借鉴意义。
