基于SWOT分析方法,全面梳理客家土楼旅游的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。探索客家土楼创意营销策略,可以学习和借鉴台湾文创营销经验,通过充分调动政企民积极性、挖掘和创新客家土楼文化、打造客家土楼创意产品、凸显客家人文特色、提升服务人员素质、坚持和发展客家土楼品牌建设、创新营销方式等推动客家土楼旅游升级。%This paper analyses the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of Hakka Tulou Tourism based on the perspective of SWOT. By exploring Hakka tulou creative marketing strategy, we can learn from Taiwanˊs creative marketing experience with a view to motivate enthusiasm of government-enterprises-villagers, excavate and to innovate the Hakka tulou culture,build creative products,express the characteristics of the Hakka culture,improve the service quality,to adhere develop the Hakka tulou brands and to innovate on the marketing method and so on. The author thinks that these measures can promote the upgrading of the Hakka Tourism.
