心理辅导员工作中的沟通艺术探析

在高校学生工作中,心理辅导员起着不容忽视的重要作用,他们工作的好坏在很大程度上关系到大学生的心理状况,影响着高校学生工作质量.为了给大学生进行有效沟通,心理辅导员在谈话前要做好充分准备,谈话中应尊重学生、认真倾听,努力拉近与学生的距离,并学会幽默,适时激励、赞美学生,从而通过沟通艺术引导学生树立正确的价值观念,帮助学生培养积极的生活态度.%In College students'work,mental-health counselors play an important role.Whether they can work well,to a great extent,relates to the college students'psychology state and affects the quality of college students'work.So,in order to effectively communicate with college students,mental-health counselors should prepare well before talking with students.And when talking,they should respect students,listen carefully,and try to shorten the distance with the students.What's more,they should learn to be humorous and encourage and complement students in good time,thus by way of communica-tional skills they can guide the students to set up correct values and help them cultivate positive attitudes towards life.
