社会治理视角下流浪儿童救助模式探析

摘要

流浪儿童作为社会特殊群体,他们的救助与管理一直受到社会的广泛关注.现有的儿童救助模式存在许多问题.在社会治理的视角下,尝试利用政府、社会组织、社区、社会工作者等多方优势资源,建立多元化的社会治理网络,构建流浪儿童救助新模式.%As a special social group,the salvation and management of Street children have aroused wide concern.There are a lot of problems in the existing children salvation mode.Under the prospective of social governance,the author tries to utilize preponderant resources of the government,social organiza-tions,community,social workers and other advantage resources to set up diversified social governance network and build a new pattern of salvation and service mode for street children.
