Based on DMIS model and lack of hierarchicality of intercultural competence education in China, this paper points out six developmental phases of intercultural competence, and thereby the corresponding teaching objectives, strategies and assessment.%在DMIS模型基础上,结合我国现阶段大学生跨文化交际能力教学缺乏分层培养的实际,指出跨文化交际能力发展的六个层次和与之相适应的培养目标、教学策略以及评估方式。
