“世界石油新格局”中的加拿大油砂“常规化”

摘要

中东地区一直都是世界石油格局的核心地带，随着科技的突破和高油价时代到来，这一格局出现了实质变化。西半球非常规石油资源的开发和利用改变了油流的流向，随之带动国际关系格局的改变。本文通过论述“世界石油新格局”中的加拿大油砂资源“常规化”趋势来阐述新形势下对中国能源安全的新思考。%The Mideast continuously all is the core region of worldwide oil pattern, along with the development of science and technology breakthrough and the era of high oil prices, the pattern shows substantial variation. Development and utilization of the Western Hemisphere unconventional oil resources changed the oil flow direction, driving the change of international relation pattern. In this paper, new thinking on Chinese energy security under the situation would be described through the elaboration of the“routinization”of Canadian oil sands in“the new pattern of worldwide oil”.
