Objective,Since vital capacity indicators of the the Hani student physical research, provide a theoretical basis for the study the Hani students lung capacity indicators of the dynamic change. Methods (Hereinafter referred to as 7-18 years old) FVC value of comparative study the Hani students of mathematical statistics, 7-18-year-old age group in the years 1985-2010. Results,25 years,7-18-year-old male, female lung capacity dropped significantly different (P<0.01), in which boys and girls 12-14 years of age decreased the biggest boys among 15-17 year-old lung capacity difference; 1985-1995, no significantother age groups decreased lung capacity was very significant difference (P<0.01), girls 7-18 years old FVC decline significant difference (P<0.01); from 1995 to 2005, 7-18-year-old boys and girls vital capacity decreased significantly different (P<0.01); 2005-2010, with the exception of boys 11-13 years old FVC decline was no significant difference outside the lung capacity growth differences of the remaining age groups for boys and girls was significantly (P>0.05), statistically significant. Conclusions,Live tortuous developmental changes in the past 25 years the Hani students male and female students lung, compared to 1985 and 2010, boys and girls vital capacity index downward trend. Until 2005, boys and girls vital capacity gradually picked up, the relevant departments and guardians should continue to intervene in the physical and mental health of students.% 目的,对哈尼族学生体质调研以来肺活量指标的研究,对研究哈尼族学生肺活量指标的动态变化提供理论基础.方法,采用数理统计法对1985-2010年来,7-18岁年龄组哈尼族学生(以下简称7-18岁)肺活量值对比研究.结果,25年间,7-18岁男、女生肺活量下降差异显著(P<0.01),其中男、女生12-14岁下降幅度最大；1985-1995年间,男生除15-17岁肺活量差异无统计学意义外,其余年龄组肺活量下降差异十分显著(P<0.01),女生7-18岁肺活量下降差异显著(P<0.01)；1995-2005年,7-18岁男女生肺活量下降差异显著(P<0.01)；2005-2010年,除男生11-13岁肺活量下降幅度差异不显著外(P>0.05),其余年龄组男女生肺活量增长差异显著,有统计学意义.结论,在25年来哈尼族学生男女生肺活曲折发育变化,1985年与2010年相比,男女生肺活量指标呈下降趋势.直至2005年,男女生肺活量逐步回升,相关部门及监护人应继续对学生的身心健康进行干预.
