云南省产学研合作绩效影响因素的灰色关联分析

摘要

Taking the number of granted patents and the gross 0utput 0f high-tech industry as output indexes,the influence factors of university-industry collaborative performance of Yunnan province were analyzed by applying gray relevance analysis. The result indicates that economic growth, investment of talented man, infrastructure level, scientific and technical financial input have a positive correlativity with university-industry collaborative performance of Yunnan province. Among them, economic growth has the greatest influence, following investment of talented man, infrastructure level, scientific and technical financial input. Therefore, we should keep the economy of Yunnan province grow persistently and healthily,strengthen the construction of university teaching staff and Science and Technology Talents, increase scientific and technical financial input in order to enhance university-industry collaborative performance of Yunnan province increase.%以专利授权量、高技术产业总产值作为产学研合作绩效的产出指标，运用灰色关联分析方法，对影响云南省产学研合作绩效的因素进行分析。结果表明：经济增长、人才投入、基础设施水平、科技财力投入对云南省产学研合作绩效具有正相关影响，其中经济增长的影响作用最为明显，人才投入的影响次之，基础设施水平和科技财力投入的影响最小。因此，必须保持云南省经济的持续稳定增长，重视高校教师队伍和科技人才队伍建设，加大科技投入力度，这样才能保证云南省产学研合作绩效快速提高。
