利益相关者理论视角下的民办高职院校可持续发展研究

摘要

本文开辟了一种新的研究思路，将利益相关者理论应用于民办高职院校可持续发展的研究，改变了原有的研究模式。首先从利益相关者视角分析民办高职院校可持续发展所面临的问题；然后运用利益相关者理论分析民办高职院校各层次利益相关者与可持续发展之间的相互影响；最后提出基于各层次利益相关者视角下的民办高职院校的可持续发展策略。%This paper applies the stakeholder theory to the sustainable development of private vocational colleges, trying to change the original research mode, opening up new research ideas.First, from the perspective of stakeholders to analyze the problem faced by the sustainable development of private colleges. Then the paper stakeholder theory analysis of the interaction between stakeholders in Colleges and universities at all levels and sustainable development;at the end of the paper, based on the strategy of sustainable development for all levels of stakeholders from the Per-spective of private vocational colleges.
