一种基于工作室选拔的订单班人才培养模式--以福州职业技术学院为例

摘要

At present, a newly-born way and mode for higher vocational education personnel training arises, that is, school-enterprise cooperation for the cultivation of the order-training. But students' quality of the order-training can not fully meet the needs of the enterprise; the student order has high loss rate; and enterprise demand changes rapidly leading to risks and other issues of the order class training. In this paper, combined with practical experience in Fuzhou Vocational and technical college network engineering, puts forward a new mode of order class talents training based on the studio selection in order to improve the personnel training quality and better solves the above problems.%当前，高职教育人才培养出现了一种新的途径和模式，那就是校企合作共同进行订单式培养。但订单培养存在学生培养质量不能完全满足企业需求、订单学生流失率高、企业需求变化快导致订单班培养存在风险等问题，本文结合福州职业技术学院网络工程系的实际经验，提出了一种基于工作室选拔的订单班人才培养模式，在提高人才培养质量的同时较好的解决了以上问题。
