发挥国际会议的作用加强研究生的国际化人才培养

Education internationalization is an important characteristic of modern university. Lack of international-ization, the university is unlikely to become a world-class university, which has become a broad consensus on edu-cation. To strengthen the international personnel training, it needs to give full play to the role of the international conference. This paper analyses the importance of attending international conference, how to train the relevant abili-ties about attending conference and how to choose the international conference. Making good use of the platform of the international conference and driving the internationalization training process have the very vital significance.%教育国际化是现代大学的重要特征，缺乏国际化的大学不可能成为世界一流大学，已成为教育界的广泛共识。加强研究生国际化培养，要充分发挥国际会议的作用，文章分析了研究生参加学术会议的重要性、参加国际会议相关能力的培养以及如何选择国际会议。利用好国际会议这一平台，带动国际化培养进程，具有十分重要的意义。
