浅谈大学生就业困难群体的特征及指导对策

摘要

This paper analyzes the disadvantaged groups in employment in the aspcet of psychological vulnerability, poor grade, physical defects, poor comprehensive quality and family economic difficulties, and laid special emphasis on the negative effects and solutions to college studentsˊ troubles in finding an employment under the situation. Be-sides, this paper also put forward some suggestions for college studentsˊ employment problems.%本文从心理脆弱、学业差、综合素质差、身体有缺陷、家庭经济困难等几个方面分析了目前就业困难群体，重点研究了新形势下大学生就业困难的不良效应以及解决对策，此外对大学生就业困难问题提出了意见。
