医学院校毕业生就业压力来源的质化研究

摘要

目的：是探讨医学院校毕业生就业压力的来源。方法选取某医学院校十八名面临就业的本科毕业生进行访谈研究，并通过归纳和描述得出研究结论。结论医学院校毕业生就业压力主要来自四个大的方面：社会、学校、家庭和自身。%Objective To explore the graduating medical college students' employment stressors. Methods The inter-view object was 18 medical college graduates and they all face employment, Through interviews collect information, the research conclusion are drawn by induction and describe. Conclusion Medical college graduates employment pressure mainly comes from four aspects, namely social, school, family and their own.
