工科院校扩大来华留学学位研究生规模的实践与思考--以上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院为例

摘要

在国家“一带一路”新的战略合作发展背景下，工科院校扩大来华留学学位研究生规模迎来了新的发展机遇。文章结合上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院2011年-2014年学位留学研究生的招生实践和案例分析，从对接国家重大发展战略、专业建设、制度建设和软环境建设多方面探讨工科院校扩大来华留学研究生学位生规模的思考。%Along with governmental strategic "the Belt and Road Initiative", engineering colleges is embracing new development opportunity of expanding the scale of inbound international graduate degree-seeking students. Based on the 2010-2014 data study and case analysis of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, this article discussed the explorations on expanding the scale from docking major national develop-ment strategy, professional construction, system construction and soft environment construction respectively.
