高校教职工法律事务保障体系构建研究

摘要

According to a research to faculties in a medical university in Beijing, they have low awareness of the legal affairs management and the work of service, and college should attach more importance to the legal af-fairs management and service which is now in a narrow way, University faculties get little service of the legal af-fairs management, the way to get legitimate rights is not free and the expectation to build a legal affairs security system is high. It is suggested that the college should rebuild a "one line, various sides" multi-dimensional legal affairs guarantee system to further protect the legitimate rights and interests of faculties.%通过对北京某医学类高校教职工研究发现，当前职工对高校法律事务管理和服务工作的认知度低、高校对法律事务管理和服务的重视程度有待提高且覆盖面狭窄，高校教职工获得的法律管理服务不足以及合法权利救济渠道不畅、法律事务保障体系构建期待较高。建议高校重新构建“一条线，多个面”的多元立体法律事务保障体系，进一步保障教职工的合法权益。
