高校突发事件网络舆情具有传播速度迅捷、传播内容偏离实际、传播后果具有破坏性等特征.网络舆论对于高校突发事件影响巨大,直接导致高校突发事件的发生,使突发事件恶性发酵发展、延缓高校突发事件的解决,阻碍广大高校学生得悉事件真相.我们要掌握高校网络舆情的特征,总结目前高校应对手段的不足,力主高校强化构建官方信息发布渠道、积极联络非官方信息发布平台,而高校辅导员作为沟通高校管理层和学生的桥梁其功能与作用大有潜力可挖,应该在突发事件的舆论应对上发挥更重要的作用.%Internet Public Opinion of Colleges and Universities' Emergency is characterized by its fast speed in spread, its contents deviated from the actual, its destructive consequences. Internet public opinions influence colleges and universities' emergency so great as to lead to occurrence and deterioration of the emergency, delaying the resolu-tion and stopping the college students from knowing the truth. We need know the characteristics of internal public opinions of colleges and universities, summarize the shortcomings of the coping measures, suggest that colleges and universities should build official ways to release information, contact actively unofficial information publishing plat-form, and as a bridge of communication between the management and the students in colleges and universities, coun-selors should have potential and play a more important role in the response to public opinions of the emergency.
