高校硕士研究生导师考核评价指标体系的构建分析

         

摘要

加强对硕士研究生导师队伍进行考核应当成为一种常态.在我国高校硕导队伍建设中,普遍存在重视硕导准入评价而忽视硕导工作评价,导致导师培养工作不落实;重视硕导资格评价忽视硕导绩效评价,导致导师队伍众多不称职;重视对硕导评价过程而忽视对硕导评价标准,导致导师整体素质下降的问题.为此,应当从导师的学术道德、学术水平、学术能力和学术成果四个方面建立科学的考核评价指导体系,进行严格的绩效考核.%The evaluation of master supervisor team should be strengthened throughout the country. However, in terms of the supervisor team construction in our country, it is a common phenomenon to emphasize the access evalu-ation of the supervisors rather than the working evaluation, the qualification evaluation of the supervisors rather than the performance evaluation and the process evaluation of the supervisors rather than the standard evaluation, which results in the problem of non-implementation of supervisors' training work, incompetent of many supervisors and the whole decrease of the supervisors' quality. Therefore, the scientific evaluation guidance system should be built from the aspects of academic morality, academic level, academic ability and academic achievement to carry out the perfor-mance evaluation strictly.
