组织设计理论视角下高校研究生党支部建设的思考

摘要

The construction of Party branch is not only an important foundation for postgraduates' Party con-struction but also a key step to do well in the Moral Education of Postgraduates. The current Party branch con-struction of postgraduates at colleges and universities is based on the setting of transverse or longitudinal,which has not been studied systematically. This article tries to discuss the theoretical bases and methodology of the Party branch construction among postgraduates from the perspective of organizational design theory and then puts forwards concrete constructional strategies.%党支部建设是研究生党建的重要基础，是做好研究生德育的关键。目前高校研究生党支部的建设主要基于横向或者纵向的设置基础上进行的，没有进行过系统论述。从组织设计理论视角探讨高校研究生党支部建设的理论依据和方法论，提出具体的建设策略。
