中美“十万强”项目文化差异与冲突分析

摘要

The 100K Strong Initiative program was co-run by Chinese and American governments, aiming to promote the educational and cultural exchanges between two peoples. Since 2011, Hangzhou Wanxiang Polytechnic has received 38 visiting teams from US. This program has undoubtedly enhanced the mutual understand and trust between Chinese and American peoples. This paper studies the cultural differences and conflicts in the process of the Program, analyses its reasons from the perspective of cross-cultural communication, and makes a prospect about future cultural communication and common prosperity.%中美“十万强”项目是中美两国政府着眼于未来而推动的中美教育文化交流项目，从2011年承接项目以来，杭州万向职业技术学院已经接待了38个研习团来华学习。研习团的来访增进了中美人民的相互理解和信任，同时也出现了因文化差异引起的文化冲突，文章研究了中美“十万强”文化交流中的文化差异和冲突，从跨文化角度分析其成因，并对中美文化交流与共荣做了展望。
