PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen generating apparatus, method and program for analyzing project management information, which generate a support screen for statistically processing or analytically processing project management information generated based on time information, and to provide a screen generator for analyzing electronic medical chart information. PSOLUTION: This screen generator for analyzing project management information is provided with: a means generated for each patient for displaying a sub-title unit line 450 to which COA information of electronic medical charts is input at a position on a time axis; a means for adding a time tab as a base point of display using a relative time to the position of a desired point of time on the sub-title unit line 450 of a plurality of patients for displaying the displayed sub-title unit lines 450 using the relative time from a desired point of time, and a means for, when the added time tab is designated, updating the sub-title unit line 450 of the plurality of patients so that the sub-title unit line 450 can be displayed using the relative time based on the added time tab.
