产业转型升级背景下医学美容专业人才培养模式改革

摘要

美容行业转型升级需要大量高技能人才作为支撑。高等职业院校是培养高级技能人才的主要力量，但其培养的专业人才已不能满足行业转型升级的需要。文章根据美容行业高技能人才的需求状况，分析了高校人才培养现状，并探讨了高级技能人才培养的可行路径。%The beauty industry transformation and upgrading need to cultivate a large number of skilled talents. Higher vocational colleges is the main strength of training advanced skills talents, but the traditional teaching mode gradually has not been able to satisfy the social need. According to the condition of high skill talented person's de-mand in the beauty industry, this article analyzed current situation of talent cultivation, and then discussed the feasi-ble path of Cultivating advanced skills.
