破解人才培养“制序性陷阱”之高等教育观的思辨--从“义务本位”到“权利本位”

摘要

基于“义务本位”向“权利本位”高等教育观的转向，提出“竞争嵌入”与“项目法人”治理二元策略，为高校人才培养注入良“制”提供应然秩序之“土壤”，实现“制”与实然秩序的“螺旋化”高效同构，以达成破解高校人才培养“制序性陷阱”，强化高校“法治”结构之目的。%Basis on the obligation standard to the right standard of the conception of the higher education in China, the thesis puts forwards the tactics of embedded competition mechanism and the project legal person governance structure to provide the natural order soil for the excellent institution, which can realize spiral efficient isomorphism of the institution and the order, in order to break the institution trap to strengthen the structure of"rule of law".
