个人在产学关系中的作用一直备受学术界和实务界关注。 Carolin Plewa和Pascale Quester等学者通过理论和实证研究，分析了产学合作关系中的个人，即“领军者”（champions）对合作关系成功的影响，重点研究了“领军者”的个人参与和个人“经验”这“二元”对合作关系的作用。本文就其研究过程和研究结论做进一步的分析和讨论。%The effect of individuals in the industry-university cooperation relationship has been focused on by academic circle and practical circle. Researchers including Carolin Plewa and Pascale Quester analyzed the influence of individuals who are called“champions” on the success of the industry-university cooperation relationship. Their research is a dyadic study focusing on the impact of personal engagement and personal experience on the cooperation relationship. This paper analyzes and discusses their research’s process and conclusion.
