国际教师教育一体化改革的经验与启示

         

摘要

The integration of pre‐service and in‐service teacher education is the trend of teacher education reform at home and abroad since this century.The experience of international teacher education integration provides a reference for the reform and development of teacher education integration in China.In the future , the reform of teacher education integration in China should focus on three aspects :improving the subject of teacher education governance with multiple cooperation and mutual balances ;strengthening the bottlenecks ,teacher in‐service education ;and providing support for the reform of teacher education integration through in‐depth research.%教师职前和职后教育一体化是本世纪以来国内外教师教育改革的趋势.国际教师教育一体化经验为我国教师教育一体化改革与发展提供了借鉴.未来我国教师教育一体化改革应重点从三个方面推进:完善多元合作、相互制衡的教师教育治理主体;加强发展教师职后教育这一薄弱环节;深入研究以为教师教育一体化改革提供支持.
