本文论述新形势下高校图书馆服务创新的主要内容,包括服务的广度和深度、形式和手段、泛在服务和个性化服务,接着分析服务创新所需要的组织架构、人力物力支持、业务流程规范和技术手段跟进等,然后提出业务流程重组的原则和内容,最后以华中师范大学图书馆业务规程作为案例,论述高校图书馆业务流程重组实施过程和效果。%This thesis firstIy discusses the main contents of university Iibrary service innovation in the new situation , incIuding the breadth and depth ,the forms and means ,ubiquitous service and personaIized service .SecondIy ,it anaIyzes the required acts of service innovation , such as organizationaI structure , supportive human and materiaI resources , business process specification and foIIow‐up technicaI means ,etc .ThirdIy ,it puts forward the principIes and content of business process reengineering .
