教师资格认定制度:问题与建议

         

摘要

Teachers’qual ification system is an audit system which teachers’qual ification certification institution audit the people who appy for teachers’ qual ification.Teachers’ qual ification system in our country has experienced the four stages.They are the prel iminary establ ishment, started gradually, the actual operation and reform and improve.The teachers’qual ification system certification standards is not perfect, lacking of process of identifying content single, reasonable planning and professional groups.Strengthening ethics and psychological qual ity assessment, accelerating the construction of teachers’qual ification of professional groups and reforming the content of the teacher’s qual ification are the important measures to improve the teachers’qual ification system.%教师资格认定制度是教师资格认证机构对申请教师资格人员的审核制度。我国教师资格认定制度经历了初步建立、逐渐起步、实际操作和改革完善四个阶段。现阶段实施的教师资格认定制度存在着认证标准不完善、认定内容单一、认定过程缺乏合理规划、认定专业团体缺位等问题。加强师德与心理素质考核、加快教师资格认定的专业团体建设、改革教师资格认定内容等是完善教师资格认定制度的重要举措。
