高校学习型党组织建设创新研究

It is important to innovate the college learning - type party construction,profoundly knowing the content and meaning of college type party construction and actively investigating to establish new way, new path, and continuously innovating learning styles, work system, long effect mechanism of the college learning type party construction, emphasizing from constructing thought idea, study way, learning vector, learning system, examine system, and incentives ,oversight mechanisms, guarantee mechanisms to improve and enhance the college type party construction to realize development well and quickly,%创新高校学习型党组织建设，需要深刻认识高校学习型党组织建设创新的内涵和意义。积极探索创建学习型党组织的新方式、新途径，不断创新学习型党组织的建设的学习形态、工作制度、长效机制，着重于思想观念、学习方式、学习载体，学习制度、考评制度，以及激励、监督、保障机制建设，改进和提高高校学习型党组织建设，实现又好又快发展。
