基于工作过程的产教融合机制的构建--以高职工商管理专业特色建设为例

摘要

针对目前职业院校产教融合中层次肤浅、专业建设缺乏特色的问题，从高职院校发展战略、专业品牌塑造、工作过程评价的视角，运用了SWOT分析、需求图像分析、成本收益分析的方法，对现有产教融合的理念与方法进行了改进，提出通过建立高职院校自有型产教平台，打造创业型专业，创建360o评价体系，以期进一步推进产教融合事业向前发展。%Aiming at the superficiality of production and teaching fusion in vocational colleges, and lack of the characteristics in specialty building, the SWOT analysis, the demand for image analysis and cost benefit analysis method are employed to improve the existing production education idea and method fusion, create Entrepreneurial major and set 360o assessment system from the perspective of development strategy of higher vocational colleges, professional brand building and work process evaluation in order to further advance the cause of production education develop forward integration.
