The Water Margin contains a wealth of liquor culture, related to the material, rituals, festivals, folk, spirit and other aspects. Liquor culture is a concentrated reflection of the social politics, economy and culture and so on. It combines the traditional refined culture and folk culture, and it is also the embodiment of the spirit of Chinese nation.%《水浒传》中蕴藏着丰富的酒文化，涉及到物质、礼仪、节日民俗、精神等各个层面。《水浒传》中的酒文化是当时社会政治、经济、文化等内容的集中反映，完美结合了中国文化传统中雅文化与俗文化，也是中华民族精神的集中体现。
