Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of continuous vacuum sealing drainage on the wound of patients with orthopedic trauma and compare its superiority to traditional wound treatment. Methods 55 patients with orthopedic trauma treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The wound in the research group was treated with VSD technology and the wound in the control group was treated with traditional wound treatment. Results The average healing time, drug changing times and hospitalization time of the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion VSD technique is effective in treating orthopedic trauma, could shorten the healing time of skin defect.%目的 探讨在骨创伤患者创面应用持续封闭负压引流 (VSD) 技术的临床疗效, 比较其对于传统创面处理的优越性.方法 选取我院骨科处理的骨创伤患者55例, 随机分为两组, 研究组创面采用VSD技术, 对照组创面采用传统创面处理, 比较两组在平均愈合时间、植皮次数、换药次数、住院时间、治疗优良率指标.结果 研究组在平均愈合时间、换药次数及住院时间明显少于对照组, 一次植皮创面愈合率及优良率高于对照组.结论 VSD技术治疗骨创伤创面的疗效确切, 缩短皮缺损愈合的时间, 且操作不复杂, 值得推广应用.
