敦煌文化遗产保护利用的现状与对策

摘要

Dunhang has a number of cultural relics,which have achieved good social and economic benefits because of their high taste,effective protection and adequate usage.But there also exist a lot of problems,for example,the protection system is not reasonable,natural and cultural landscape is far from protection,public service facilities are not perfect,and so on.The paper Proposes to create a national Dunhuang cultural industry zone so that it can promote the tourism transportation infrastructure in Dunhuang,exploit the core cultural tourist attractions and good tour routes,and develop the special cultural industry of Dunhuang so as to protect Dunhuang cultural relics more effectively.%敦煌文化遗产多,品位较高,保护得力,利用充分,取得了良好社会和经济效益。但也还存在着文物保护管理体制不顺、自然文化景观保护滞后、旅游公共服务设施不完善、文化产业发展缓慢等问题。建议创建国家级＂敦煌文化产业特区＂,推进敦煌旅游交通基础设施建设,开发核心文化旅游景区和黄金旅游线路,开发敦煌特色文化产业,更加有效地保护敦煌文化遗产,充分挖掘其价值,为促进地方经济社会发展发挥积极作用。
