保罗·泰勒的生态伦理观及其对生态高速公路建设的启示

The core of Paul Tyler＇s ecological ethics is the respect for nature.Proceeding from respect for nature,Taylor put forward four basic principles of relations between man and nature： do not harm principle,the principle of non-interference,the principle of loyalty and the principle of justice compensation.This thought that putting the nature into ethics concerns of the human beings meets the needs of the requirements that modern ecological highway construction should pay a close attention to economic benefit,social benefit,ecological benefit as well as the principle of least damage and maximum recovery.It has important realistic significance.%保罗·泰勒的生态伦理思想的核心是尊重自然。从尊重自然出发,泰勒提出四个处理人与自然关系的基本原则：不伤害原则、不干涉原则、忠诚原则及补偿正义原则。这种把人之外的自然纳入到伦理关怀之中的思想契合了现代生态高速公路建设既要关注经济效益又要关注社会效益、生态效益的要求,以及最小破坏和最大恢复原则,具有十分重要的现实借鉴意义。
