教学评建工作中高校成员的角色与行动

     

摘要

本科教学工作合格评估强调学校作为自评主体认真开展评建工作,评建工作中学校各级各类人员充当着不同角色,具有各自的任务:校级领导是设计师,中层干部是推动者,各类工作人员是勤务兵,教师是主力军,学生是教学质量的体现者和评估的最大受益者。通过对不同评建者角色和任务的分析,对于明确各级各类人员的职责,扎实做好评建工作,具有重要的现实意义。%Universities, as the main body of self-evaluation, should seriously carry out the work of evaluation and construction during the undergraduate teaching qualified evaluation. The members at universities play different roles and take different tasks. University leaders work as designers, middle-level cadres as pushers, staff as orderlies, teachers as backbones and students as the embodiment of teaching quality and the biggest beneficiaries of qualified evaluation. The analysis of the different roles and tasks of those who take the task of evaluation and construction is of great realistic significance for all the members to clarify their duties and do the evaluation and construction work well.
