宋代宫廷体育文化研究

摘要

宋代宫廷体育文化是人类在体育生活和体育实践中创造出来的，并通过有形的身体形态、动作技能、运动器材、物质以及无形的与社会属性相关的意志、观念、时代精神反映出来，显现了各具特色的存在方式。宋代许多传统的体育活动融传统与创新于一体，倾向于娱乐、观赏、体验与休闲，具有较高的艺术欣赏价值。其主要代表有太祖武功、弹射、象棋、围棋、蹴鞠、马球、捶丸、相扑等。%The palace sports culture in the Song dynasty was created by the humans in their sports life and sports practice, and was reflected through visible body shape, motor skills, sports equipments, materials and invisible will, ideas and the spirit of the times related to social attribute, which shows the distinctive ways of existence. Many traditional sports activities in the Song dynasty, which are the integration of tradition and innovation with entertainment, appreciation, experience and leisure, are of high value of artistic appreciation. Its main representatives are dynasty martial art, ejection, chess, go, kickball, polo, beats pill, sumo, etc.
