论职业教育的哲学特征

         

摘要

Explaining vocational education from the angle of philosophy, making it have a philosophical meaning and become a philosophical problem. The philosophical features of vocational education are mainly embodied in three aspects: one is scientificity. The occupational activities determine the existence and development of vocational education, similarly vocational education reacts in the occupational activities for its criticizing and reconstructing. Occupational activities and vocational education, as a kind of contradiction, promote people''s free and comprehensive development; the second is technicality. The philosophy of technology, as the philosophical foundation of vocational education, makes the vocational education have technical inheritance, technical practicalness and technical value; the third is engineering quality. In order to get ultimate goal of improving self-value and contributing to social service, we should teach and train the vocational educatees by technical means of vocational education, so that, as a social project, it has a systematicness, integrity and regularity. Through the analysis and exploration on characteristics of vocational education philosophy, it has responded to the question about the universality of vocational education and also expanded the range of philosophy.%从哲学角度解释职业教育,使其具有哲学意味,成为哲学问题.职业教育的哲学特征主要体现为三方面:一是科学性.即职业活动决定了职业教育的存在和发展,职业教育反作用于职业活动的批判和重构,职业活动与职业教育作为一种矛盾动力,促进人的自由而全面发展;二是技术性.即技术哲学作为职业教育的哲学基础,使人的职业教育具有技术承载性、技术实践性和技术价值性;三是工程性.即通过职业教育的技术手段,使受职业教育者进行学习和培训,最终达到完善自我价值和服务奉献社会的终极目标,从而实现作为一项社会工程本身具有系统性、整体性和规则性.通过对职业教育哲学特征的分析和探究,回应了职业教育的广泛性,扩展了哲学领域的延展度.
