维新运动时期浙江兴学先驱林启所办杭州蚕学馆作为近代最早的职业教育机构,在设学动因、办学宗旨、课程教学及社会服务方面均有鲜明特点,并取得人才培养、科技传播及产业经济方面的办学业绩,从而奠定其在近现代职业教育史上的地位,而且对当今职业教育的实践有所启示.%In the period of the Reform Movement, Hangzhou Sericulture College created by Lin Qi, the education pioneer of Zhejiang, was the first modern vocational education institution, has its distinct characteristics in the motivation of its setting up, the aim of running the school, course teaching and community service. It has made a great achievement in personnel training, science communication and industrial economic, which in turn has laid its foundation in modern history of vocational education, and given some inspiration to today''s practice of vocational education.
